DONOR CARD

By signing the ‘Donor Card,’ you consent to donate your organs after you demise. The Organ Donor Card is a document that, like a will, enables you to indicate your wish to be an organ donor after death.

  • Keep the Donor Card in your pocket or wallet at all times.
  • Inform your immediate relatives of your decision to donate your organs.
  • Organ donation is only possible after death and does not come with any financial benefits.
  • Since it contains the name and phone number of your emergency contact, the Donor Card can also be used as an emergency card.
